LIVE REVIEW WITH DAILY UPDATES!!!!!
In short, NEVER DO BUSINEESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY ABUSE YOU! EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL TRAUMA! They will give you a cheaper quote but no service! They were supposed to move my 2 bedroom apartment furniture and boxes from bakersfield, CA to Michigan. People that I am dealing with are 'Anthony' and 'Yani' from All Points and 'Sam' and 'Tony' from All American Trusted Vanlines (who has been subcontracted by All Points to transport my stuff).Here is the daily update:
6/9/11: Stuff was picked up on this promised date but 9 hours later by 2 rude and ill-mannered workers. After refusing to there inflated quote (almost double of my initial quote), I was promised that my stuff will be dispatched from LA on the 6/10/11. As of today (6/29/11) it has still not been dispatched!!!!! Every day I am tired of hearing different excuses and stories!!
6/14/11: Sam,"We still havent dispatched your stuff because it is illegal to dispatch it before your earliest delivery date of 6/19."
Tony," we are actually trying to get a permit for our truck and I should get it by 6/17, otheriwse your stuff will leave with wnother trailor on 6/19"!
6/17:Tony,"we dont have the permit yet but your stuff will leave on 6/19"
Yani,"Give me 48 hours and I will make sure that your stuff leaves"
6/19:Tony," Cant do much on a Sunday, I will find out tomo."
6/20:Tony,"Your stuff will load on a trailor on 6/22"
6/22:Tony," Your stuff will load tomo"
6/23:Tony," It will leave in 2 hours. Will call u back with drivers info"
6/24:Tony," stuff is ready to leave. Call the driver, Sam"
Sam driver, "Oh,I will be reaching LA tomo n load your stuff on 6/26!!"
Me,"Is it confirmed this time?"
Sam,"'My friend, the only thing that is confirned is that we all will die someday!
6/26:Sam,"I am with my kids, dont know anything about your stuff"
Yani,"I am with my kids, cant talk"
6/27:Sam," Mohit, I will call u right back". No call back!
Yani,"One of our trucks had an accident, cant talk"
6/28:Yani,"I now have your stuff back in our warehouse, and am working hard to get it dispatched. I apologise that my sub-contractors did not give me correct information!!!!!" Talk about trusting a company!!!
6/29: Yani,"I am trying my best.I should have never trusted American Vanlines. I should have listened to you 2 weeks ago!"
6/30: Yani," I have no news for you. I will send you a photo of your stuff in our warehouse incase you are afraid of it being stolen"
Please note that it has been 20 days and my stuff has not even been dispatched. Everyday for me is filled with frustation from lies and false information. At this point, I am fearing that my stuff is either misplaced or stolen. So, please pray to God before you do business with both these companies!!!!
I will keep my review 'live' based on daily happenings. Until, then, I request, please dont sign any contracts with these 2 companies.
