I would consider them untrustworthy, no integrity and not worthy of any sort of trust. I would never use this company again. They were late for the promised pick-up date. They arrived approx 1 week late for their promised delivery. They had me speak to 4 different people that had 4 different stories of what was going to happen or what they planned to do to resolve my problems. Their sales rep "Shay" quoted me $3,600 to move a 3 bedroom which occupied 2 each 11'x15' storage units. I explained to Shay all of the details and he promised me that the $3,600 quote would be plenty. I put down $900. When the drivers arrived I was told that they had totally mis-calculated the quote and that they would have to rent another truck in order to accommodate all of my furnishings. The quote came back to be the $900 down plus $5,600 equalling a total $6,500. Our Crate and Barrel dining room table showed up with 1 leg broken off (they told me that I could easily go to Home Depot and repair it myself). Three antique pieces of furniture were either damaged or broken which they did not point out to us. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, I would NEVER USE this company again. Buyer beware.
