Very unpleaseant experience with Office staff. I scheduled an appointment through GE (extended warranty provider)for a Saturday morning appointment. Accord Appliance Repair was suppose to call the day before to confirm the appointment. THEY NEVER DID. On Saturday morning after waiting for 3 hours for them to show up, I called and they had the nerve to tell me they call several times and left several messages that they don't have a technician in my area on Saturdays. THIS IS TOTALLY UNTRUE. We were home all day Friday and Saturday morning. They never called once!! Had to reschedule for another day. The technician was kind enough to call on the day of appointment (an hour before the appt time) and said he was in the area and to call the office so they will call him to let them know we were available early. I called the office and after 45 minutes of waiting, I called the technician directly from my caller ID. The office NEVER called him to tell him we were available.
In short, my experience with the office staff was HORRIBLE!! The technician on the other hand was friendly and courteous.
