I hired Ted Sanchez Roofing to do some repairs and reconditioning of my 8 year old roof in October 2010, after receiving bids from 4 other local contractors. Not only was Ted's estimate for the work the most reasonable in cost, his estimators impressed me with their thoroughness and knowledge. In addition, he was willing to warranty his work - which was not the case with some other contractors. The work was performed on time and I was extremely pleased with the meticulous job they did. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
