I contacted this company; at first they told me that the cost was $70 per hour, three hours minimum. I thought it was a great deal, so I agree. The two guys that came were one hour late, for me that was not a big issue but they knew that the drop off place had a time interval to use the elevator, so the clock was ticking. I used to live at a 550 sq. ft. ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT, so imagine, there were no many thing to move. And the distance from one place to the other, was 3 MILES, very close. IT TOOK 8 HOURS TO FINISH THE MOVING!! When I complained about the time, one of this guys had the courage TO TELL ME THAT THEY ONLY EARN $10 AN HOUR SO THEY EXTEND THE TIME TO BE ABLE TO GAIN MORE MONEY. For real!?!?!?! He just told me that??!?!?! I called the secretary to complain, and she kept telling me that she couldn't get in touch with her boss; while at the same time I heard one of the guys talking with his boss having a conversation about what was happening at my place. That same day I went to the address they have on their trucks, and realized that their office is not actually there, is near by but not there. At their office I found no one, started calling all the phone numbers they have on their trucks, everybody kept telling me that their boss was going to call me back, never happened. I went a couple of times to their office during the next days, but no one was there ever. And their boss or supervisor, never called me. After a couple of days I did get in touch with him, but he told me he couldn't do anything about it because I signed a contract (one that they make you sign before starting to move your stuff). They were very rude since the beginning.
At the end INSTEAD OF $210 quoted by their personnel, I WAS CHARGED $600. And there were a couple of furniture pieces that got damaged because were not handled carefully.
