I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! They did not pick us up at LAX at 11:45 PM. When I called the phone number for their office, I heard a pre-recorded message saying the office closed at 11:30 PM. I was told to call the number for the driver which was emailed to my home computer. Since I was out of state and had no access to a computer, I didn't have said phone number. I had to pay another shuttle service double what I already Paid 24-7 Ride.
Then they offered to reimburse one half the pick up portion of the fair. They didn't do that. Then they added a $51.00 charge to my Visa card account for some unknown reason. Now the manager won't return my calls to talk about their lousy service and billing. Is it not false advertising to name your company 24-7 RIDE if your office closes at 11:30 PM?
