Yes and I updated their BBB report, they have an F rating due to a revoked contractors state board license.

Thank you for the confirmation. This company, Berumen's Installs is also affiliated with a company Guzman Construction Services (GCS)(owner Jose Guzman). GCS's license has also been revoked by the State Contractors Board. I was scammed by GCS for thousands of $ and they abandoned the work they were doing on my property.

Oh yes I sure did file a complaint and the State License Board sent me a concluding letter on 11/2009 informing me that their license is already revoked by disciplinary action. Guzman cannot apply for a license until all of their complaints have been resolved.
