Hello everyone!!! As part of our new construction project, we need to conduct commercial air barrier tests. Looking for a reliable company that can perform these tests professionally and accurately. Not sure where to start looking and what to look for when choosing one. Can you recommend any resources or companies that specialize in air barrier testing? Any information would be appreciated!

I've been facing a similar challenge recently and found a pretty useful resource that you might be interested in. The website https://airleakagetesting.org/air-barrier-testing/ offers a wide range of air barrier testing services specifically geared towards commercial projects. They offer detailed testing and analysis to provide accurate data on the performance of air barriers. On the website, you can find information about the different types of testing they perform, as well as examples of completed projects and customer testimonials. All of the information is presented in enough detail that it can help you better understand the services you need and the testing process.

Great question. There are several methods you can use to test for air leaks. One popular method is the pressurization method. This involves forcing air into the system and measuring the pressure to determine where the leak is. Use pressure gauges and air pumps to create pressure and find weak spots. You can also use ultrasonic detectors to more accurately locate leaks. The main thing is to make sure the system is isolated and all connections are tight before testing. Good luck!
