Need help regarding a company claiming they can help in loan modification

Does anyone know anything about 316 National Legal Solutions in San Francisco, CA? We are trying to keep our home for our 7 year old daughter's sake and they claim they can help; of course, after we pay them $3,210.00.

While they claim to help there is no guarantee of any outcome by a third-party who intervenes. You are best off talking to a HUD Housing Counselor and your bank directly.
