Several issues here at the Montebello, CA. store- To start- VERY POOR Customer Service, PERIOD! I tell the clerk I'm returning these items for refund, and they always ask "all these you're returning" while holding them in the air, after I just told them I'm returning these 3 or 4 shirts- like I'm dumb enough to MIX any returns with something I'm buying?). 2) I return an item with no tag because it didn't have one when I bought it, and they take forever trying to figure it out, sometimes saying "you didn't buy it here, even though it's their "brand", or "it's not on this receipt, etc! Then I have to wait 5 or 10 minutes+ so they can page a manager to "FIX" it! (And I remind them it was NOT a problem for them to charge me when I bought it with NO TAG). 3) No body on the floor to help you find something and when you ask someone for help or a question they have to page a manager from the back of the store! 4) They have very limited brands and selections and very slow turnover of clothing they do have so we see the same items on tons of racks for months on end. 5) Very little or cheap sales coupons. 6) Why sell DVD's if they only carry cheap ones and then very limited? They finally got baskets to shop but to little to late. The only good help you can get their appliances and electronics depts, though limited on selections, colors, stereos and DVD players, but ok on TV selection.
