Don't shop here!
They deserve NO stars. I placed an order and chose priority shipping, assuming I would receive the order within the 2-3 days shipping, plus a day or so to leave the warehouse. NINE days after my order was placed, it left the warehouse. I had written to them 7 days after placing the order and requested they cancel. Someone named Vivian in Customer Service then sent me a canned e-mail thanking me for my business and for writing them and assuring me that my order was being processed. I wrote again (can't contact them on the phone because they have limited hours and no one answers the phone; and can't get live chat in an office environment with Web content blocked. E-mail support is all that was available)and reminded them I wanted to cancel. They said "Oops - too late; we already shipped your order!" Then they wanted me to pay for the priority shipping and the return fee. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE; badly designed website; dishonest claims (didn't tell me it doesn't leave warehouse for a week and a half).
