Incompetent Company
After completing the data entry in HireRight's background check database, I received a response stating that I worked more years than I really did with a former company. They stated that if the information was incorrect please provide documentation. You can't respond to the email because it's a non-reply email. I went digging for years of passed W2s. Once I reenter the system, it took me 8 hours to download 5 documents. It's like a hit or missed with the system. It is very unreliable. One minute you can download 2 documents in a couple of seconds the next minute it freezes up on you and these documents aren't even that large of a file. It was very frustrating so say the least. Furthermore, they mentioned that my dates conflict with the dates I provided, but they failed to provide me with the dates they've obtain. It seems it's going to be a slow and tedious process with HireRight. I'm having second thoughts about continuing with the process and moving forward with other companies that have a more efficient background check process. In all my 12 years of working with 6 large corporate companies, this is by far the worst experience I have experienced in regards to background checking.
