this was filed with IC3 internet crime complaini was told by nick guiterrez at nationwide llc and was told i had to send him pics ,i sent him a video ,and was told on the 6th his boss sales manager john anderson that he wasnt allowed to download the video ,and that i had to send pic i did and was told ithat since i started the motor i had to pull motor apart and send him the bad parts ,so i sent the parts certified mail and was signed by lorenzo vasquez ,i called at 2.pm eastern tim and talked to nick and was told he would send me the kit to replace it ,that was on 4/11/11 on 4/13/11 i called nick and ask him for the shipping num ,and was told he didnt have the parts ,and was waitin on a shipment on 4/15/11 i called nick and was told a shipment was released from the customs, on monday i called nick again 4/18/11 ,and was told there wasnt any parts on the shipment and was waitin on another shipment to be released ,, on 4/19 i called nick again and asked if the other shipment had been released by customs and was told no ,.on on 4/20/11 vi called nick again and asked if the shipment had been released ,and was told no it may take up to a month for the shipment to be released ,on 4/21/11 i called and talked to johnathon and was told after i gave a fake name that they had several kitin stock at a cost of 55.00 and no shipping charges,i let johnathon know who i was and at 2pm eastern time i called nick again and was told he had several that came in for an associated company,and he would email me the fedex trackin num,n/a on april 29 vi call gas bike and talked to sandy who would not give me the rma num ,and also told me thye havent had any clutch parts for replacement that i sent in certified mail whaen i ask to speak to john anderson she laughed ans said there is no john anderson sales manager ther, and said lorenzo vasquez is the sales manager there ,i havent recievd the toll i ordered which had a label made,i had to reorder a motor from another company since there is no way to fix the other one till this issue is resolved ,that cost me another 75.00 plus 16.99 shippin from another company ,i have no warranty left since vi have been told there is only a 30 day warranty now instead of the 6 months listed on the web site now the web site states 3 months warranty /there are no warranty cards shipped with motors ,this is warranty if found on not listed in warranty info on ordering website www.gasbike.info/Gas_Bike_Info_Warranty_Retu.php i havent been issued a rma number either ,and also have a certified return receipt where it was signed by lorenzo vasquez,it cost 11.00 to send parts back /this is the shippin number ,thats never been sent --fed ex trackin number----209205560965632 t center// and have documents also
