This is the worst online merchant I have had the displeasure to deal with. I ordered a laser printer with them. My credit card was charged as soon as the order was received (5/24/2010). The merchandise was never shipped - and almost a month has passed. No attempt has been made by the merchant to alert me of any problems. When I contacted them almost a few days ago they were very nice, played as if they were just become aware of the problem and told me that they would rectify it immediately and I would have a tracking number by email within the next day. Since then silence. I received no tracking number and no merchandise. Not even 48 hours ago I sent them an email saying that I would report them to the BBB and would dispute the charge with Amex. I did so. Yesterday I received an email from them containing a new credit card authorization (charge?) without any explanation. I am not sure what the meaning of the email is... maybe they are trying to process another charge ? I do know that I have never, ever encountered an online merchant such as this and I am definitely not new to online purchasing. I would advise anyone to stay well away.
