Buying an expensive watch online is scary, But G K Scott's website looked authentic and they answered all my questions correctly, So I ordered a watch from them. They said it would take a few days to get it appraised, etc.. and I should have it soon. I called them a week later ( It was Thanksgiving week,) and they re-assured me it was shipped. After I didn't get it, I became very concerned and left them a "Very Concerned" email. I had also read the BBB rating and thought I really should be worried.
A very short time after I sent my email, I received a call from Benjamin, who gave me the tracking number and said it should have been delivered but UPS goofed..Not GK Scott. I checked with UPS and sure enough, there was an exception report and a UPS notice the watch had been delayed.
I feel bad now, The watch is exactly what I wanted, and their service was fine. They Don't get anything but a great rating from me.
I know every company has problems sometimes but the service with GK Scott , for me, has been great.
