cloudy awful diamonds David S. in customer service is nasty

My boyfriend bought my daughter and I diamond studs for Christmas, when I inquired with David S. about returning them he became nasty telling me he didn't get paid enough to deal with unsatisfied customers--granted what we got was not at all what they looked like online. He is truly a nasty unhappy employee who needs to be fired.
