I have purchased a 4 seat couch from 4seating.com in Nov of 2008. I also purchased their 5 year diamond extended warranty. When we 1st received it, one of the seats would not recline fully, when I called to complain, they had me take pictures to email to them. They promised me a $200.00 credit which I never received. I had to crawl under and replace a bolt that was too long and was blocking the leg extension mechanism from reclining all the way with a shorter one which fixed the problem. Shortly there after, the parachute pull cord used to recline one of the seats became very hard to pull and eventually broke. I called again to complain and was promised a replacement pull cord would be shipped to me. That was in the spring of 2009. I have never received the replacement part or was full filled a promise of repair even with the extended warranty I purchased which was an additional $169.00 dollars. After multiple emails and phone calls, I still have not received any repairs or credits. I have since asked for a refund for my extended warranty to which I never received a response. I strongly urge no one to purchase anything from this company.
