Cushions held water, then disinegrated, then shed red dye
Worst product ever. I bought the patio bistro set, and the cushions held GALLONS of water. They then started shredding and the red dye rubbed off on our clothes. These are specialty sized cushions, so I can't get replacements elsewhere. I've sent photos and a copy of the receipt to Yotrio, as requested, and after 4 weeks of voicemails, emails, etc., was told that the product was on backorder for six weeks. So, we're now 10 weeks in, and I just called, waited 35 minutes for a representative, only to be told "they're on backorder for 6 weeks." So, here's what going to happen - I'm buying a new one, and returning the old one as the "new one" to the retailer. Totally unethical, yes, but so is Yotrio. Fight fire with fire I say. The retailer can then deal with this utterly substandard corporation - in fact, that's what they committed to doing when they stocked this piece of trash patio set.
